Performance Management Made Easy

The PDP tool is a fully hosted, online performance planning and review solution. All it requires is that Staff have an email address, a web browser and an ability to follow simple on-screen instructions.

The tool is designed for organisations that do not want to make large investments in inflexible software, ongoing updates and complex Staff training on using the software.

The PDP tool is designed to allow Managers and Staff to create simple, effective performance plans and to easily review performance against those plans.

It includes:

  • The ability to house your capability framework
  • The full range of functions for performance & development planning & review, career planning and upward feedback
  • Succession planning
  • Probation management
It contains a full suite of support resources and detailed instructions, which are available as a complete set or as help and advice, section by section on screen.

We can also offer a free training session for your organisation if you feel you need it. Training is available on an in-house training basis, via phone conference, or by use of a self-paced workbook.

Two Way Feedback

Consistent with contemporary practice, the PDP facilitates two-way two-way, regular, evidence based feedback between staff and their manager.

While staff are accessing their performance plans, take the opportunity to check some basic information, such as:
  • Position description up to date?
  • Leave plan discussed with manager?
  • Code of conduct read?

Probation

The PDP can handle two forms of probation:
  • New staff
  • Staff flagged as consistently underperforming

Reporting

The PDP has extensive on-demand reporting for any data held in the database available by manager, business unit and whole of business. These reports include:
