Performance Management Made Easy

The PDP tool is a fully online performance planning and review solution. All it requires is that Staff have an email address, a web browser and an ability to follow simple on-screen instructions.

The tool is designed for organisations that do not want to make large investments in inflexible software, ongoing updates and complex Staff training on using the software.

The PDP tool is designed to allow Managers and Staff to create simple, effective performance plans and to easily review performance against those plans. It contains a full suite of support resources and detailed instructions, which are available as a complete set or as help and advice, section by section on screen.

We can also offer a free training session for your organisation if you feel you need it. Training is available on an in-house training basis, via phone conference, or by use of a self-paced workbook.
